Brahms6 Concerto No.2 Umagico

15th November 2010 On a recent trip for work up to the Northern Peninsular Area of Far North Queensland I took the opportunity to hide my second cache.

This cache is a another micro and it is hidden in the Alau Beach foreshore, Umagico. You can get to this area three ways:

Drive in from the south, this will take you a few days and is a beautiful drive through some of Queensland remotest country. Of course you can only do it in the dry. You can fly into Bamaga and get a lift to Umagico or you can take the ferry from Thursday Island.
The country is red and the bush is lush with the beach being along the western edge of Cape York Peninsular. The people are friendly and welcoming. The fishing is some of the best in Queensland but look out for the big saltwater lizards

If you want the coordinates for the cache you will have to go to www.geocaching.com and look up "Brahms6 Concerto No. 2"
