Brahms6 found this one on 18th Januray 2011, 92nd find.I had gone in search of this cache twice before and had no luck.
This building was used by General MacArthur as Headquarters during World War 2 and is highly fortified. I subsequent years it has gained a hat and is used by the followers of Baden Powell.
As it turned out the GPSR was taking me to the correct spot on the previous occasion I was just not looking in the right way. The cache was the tiniest of nanos and was something that I had either not seen on previous visits or seen and glanced over.
Signed the log and was glad to have finally met the scout challenge.
