Somewhere under the Highway

This cache worked me over. Standing on the bridge over this little creek it looked like an easy find with the GPS having a definite fix on the direction. But when I got down under the canopy the GPS was all over the place.

I spent a lot of time in the water, climbing amongst the jungle, walking away and getting new fixes only to follow them back under the trees and losing them.

But in a sure sign that determination and patience pay off I was eventually triumphant.

A good hide on the bank of this creek that runs under the highway just south of Edmonton.

Took a "Cache the World" Trackable and left the "Go Teams" Geocoin. also left a Water Buffalo and an Ostrich to stock up the cache a little. Signed the log and got back to the airconditioning in the car after a very humid 40 minutes.
